Logistic support:

By air:

• Picking up from the growers direct to the Airport.
• Storage at cool place till departing.
• Flights from TLV airport to the main airport- (mostly direct flights) and than by truck to the forwarders warehouse.
• Custom clearance done by the forwarder.
• Organic inspection.
• Quality control of goods upon arrival, before delivering to the customers. In case of bad results- goods will not be sent to customers.
• Arriving to the customer (delivered- cleared) approximately 24 hours from flight departing.

By sea:

• Destinations: Koper (Slovenia), Rotterdam (NL).
• Transit time: 4 days to Koper, 12 days to RTM (citrus, avocado).
• Reefer containers only.
• Stuffing at the growers place, as close as possible to departing date.
• Departing from Haifa port to the main port and than to the forwarders warehouse.
• Custom clearance done by the forwarder.
• Organic inspection.
• Quality control of goods upon arrival, before delivering to the customers. In case of bad results- goods will not be sent to customers.
• Arriving to the customer (delivered- cleared).

Combined- Sea & in land freight:

• Destinations- mostly NL.
• Transit time: 8 days.
• Stuffing the trailer at the growers place, on the day of departing.
• Departing from Haifa port to Piraeus (sometimes via Limassol, Cyprus)>>> Ferry to Ancona (Italy)>>> Trailer in land freight to the forwarder warehouse.
• Custom clearance done by the forwarder.
• Organic inspection.
• Quality control of goods upon arrival, before delivering to the customers. In case of bad results- goods will not be sent to customers
• Arriving to the customer (delivered- cleared).
